A question the Chair (Mclellan) may want to ask G. Jackson
by Indian Larry inmr. jackson, we have heard testimony from mr spinks and mr. obrien that women will never have leadership positions in the congregation.
as i understand it mr. jackson, you interpret revelation 7 to mean that only 144,000 will go to heaven and that these 144,000 will rule the earth.
i also understand that your organization teaches that women are part of this "remnant" of 144,000. can you explain why jesus christ is willing to put women in leadership over the entire earth but you are not willing to permit them to have anything to do with helping victims of pedophiles in your congregation?

Secret Slave, very likely you are correct, however any Witnesses that are listening may wonder about that. Especially since they are aware of the entire context of Rev. 7 which specifically states that these are males from the tribes of Israel. Just trying to get some to think outside the box. That is the first step to breaking the hold the cult has on their brain.
Besides, for him to try to answer that may be awkward and anything that throws him off his game is fine with me. -

Will someone email that question to the Royal Commission for me? For some reason I can not seem to get signed on to my fake email account and my wife checks my primary account very often (for business reasons, she is not snooping) I don't want to risk the Royal Commission sending back a confirmation email and me not seeing it before she does. Please someone let me know if you can do that, if not I will set up another anonymous account.

I think he will show. He will be very well coached, but so will Mr's Stewart and Mclellan. They will treat him with respect and not be argumentative, however they not let him weasel out of answering their questions. This should be very interesting. At least now I will be able to get my wife to watch. I may be able to get her to watch previous testimony so that she is aware ahead of time how Vincent "the tool" and O'Brian tried their best to keep him off the stand.
I do think, as others have mentioned, that they will agree with many of the suggested changes and say that these were already in the works so that the GB can take credit and it not seem like they are being "led" by the commission. The rank and file will very likely eat that up and the overall damage to the BORG will be minimal. I hate to say it but he could even come off in a positive light to those that don't know the TATT.
It there is anything we should have learned by know it it not to underestimate the ability of cognitive dissonence to allow people to see what they want to see and believe what they want to believe.

Example of how "slick" Vincent Toole is.
by Indian Larry infrom day 5 testimony:.
stewart - with regard to confessional privilege which you mention in various places, but, for example, let's look at your paragraph 29. .
toole - paragraph 29?

From day 5 testimony:
Stewart - With regard to confessional privilege which you mention in various places, but, for example, let's look at your paragraph 29.
Toole - Paragraph 29?Stewart - You'll see in 29(a) you're dealing with South Australia and you say: ... a number of nominated persons in various professions, including ministers of religion ... are required to report ... Then four lines down you say: ... provided that the suspicion is formed in the course of the person's work or in carrying out their official duties with the exception of disclosures made in the confessional. Am I to understand there that, leaving aside the specific wording of the law in question, in South Australia the position is that there is an exception for disclosures made in a confessional setting; is that right?
Toole - Yes.
Stewart - Then in 29(b), in relation to Victoria, equally in the sixth line you say: This obligation does not apply if the belief was obtained in a religious confession.
Toole - That's correct.
Stewart - I think I took you to the paragraph earlier in another document that referred to minister/communicant privilege. It is really that that I'm addressing in the Jehovah's Witness context. You, as I understand it, advise elders on their obligations under these provisions?
Toole - Yes.
Stewart - So you would be involved in advising when this confessional exception is available to them or not?
Toole - For the last 15 years, even if it was a confession, if the authorities approached the elders seeking information, they have completely cooperated. So there's been no claim for confessional privilege at all during that period.
Comments: Notice how slick Vincent Toole is here. If you listen to the actual testimony he certainly makes it sound like the Watchtower has not made any claim for confessional privilege over the past 15 years. Of course that is not true as can be verified in another pedophile case being tried right now in Delaware. Link:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/authorities-congregation-elders-didnt-report-child-abuse/2015/08/05/5456821a-3b91-11e5-b34f-4e0a1e3a3bf9_story.html
Here we find another Watchtower attorney arguing FOR confessional privilege in a US court at almost the same time V. Toole is arguing that they have not used it for 15 years. At first glance it seems like he is caught in perjury. Where he was slick was by qualifying his statement with “if the authorities approached the elders seeking information”So in the Delaware case you have a 35 yr old sister who what having sex with a 14 yr old boy. The elders did not tell the police and are claiming confidentiality of a church confessional. But IF the police come to them with questions they will answer them. Of course the police may never find out since they apply privilege in the first place.
If anyone has a direct connection to Angus Stewart he may want to see the article from the Washington Post. After all it is a live case in the news right now and does seem to at least throw Mr Tooles testimony into a different light.

We can now estimate the absolute minimum number of child abuse cases
by Viviane invincent tool said that he is exclusively working the phones for child abuse cases, but never said he is not the only one.
for now, let's assume the rate of abuse cases averages over time to the three or four cases he gets per month.
let's further assume that, since he isn't the only person working the phones and is on vacation at some point, the number is 4-5 per month, or 4.5 per month.

Question: The stats in the spreadsheet ONLY show abuse that was not reported to the Police. As I understand it they did report (ONLY) when mandatory in apparently two states in Australia. Since the data is missing for those two states would that not throw off the figures?
In other words there are more actual cases than what is shown in the spreadsheet so the numbers would be higher. Do I understand this correctly or are these the only cases period? If these are the only cases then what about the two states that require mandatory notification in these cases? -

Please tell me someone is recording this and will post on YouTube? Preferably unedited without any additional comment so I can show it to me family that is still "in". Either that or post an unedited version with no comments and another version with comments.
If there is any remarks beyond what the court has to say they won't watch it, but if it is just this case they will. Just sayin' -
